The rotation speed of the air compressor motor is proportional to the actual power consumption, so the rotation speed reduction of the motor will decrease the actual power consumption on a year-on-year basis. The permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor uses a pressure sensor to sense the actual pressure and air consumption in the system, further realizes the precise control of the electrical equipment and frequency converter; it changes the rotation speed of the air compressor without changing the torque of the air compressor motor, thus adjusts the system pressure to achieve the desired output of compressed air. When the air consumption decreases and the compressed air provided by the air compressor is greater than the air consumption, the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor will reduce the speed, thus the output of compressed air is reduced; Otherwise, the motor speed will be increased to add the compressed air, so as to maintain a stable pressure.
