When a deadly virus breaks out in Helena University, a group of students must band together to survive the zombie apocalypse. As the undead horde grows, the students quickly realize that they are trapped inside the school with no help from the outside world. With limited resources and no clear plan, they must fight to stay alive while trying to find a way to escape.
 
As they navigate their way through the school's halls and classrooms, the students face not only the zombie threat but also internal struggles and conflicts. Tensions rise as they struggle to trust each other and make tough decisions about who to save and who to leave behind.
