SETTING: futuristic abandoned earth
An astroid hit. Everything on earth fliped including climates, wether, life, temp.
It let put a horrible gas called zenchem. This gas is created when pices of the astriod are heated. This gas is deadly and causes horrible side effects. Iris and a group of survivers are surviving in the harsh planet you once called earth. Human recorces are almost depleted. Will irises group save the human race or will they just fall like the rest? Lets find out.

The Way It Is
I am not from this planet. Hell, I am technically not from this galaxy. However, that doesn't change the fact I am here now, and my job is to save what I can on this forsaken planet and what's left of its inhabitants. The problem is that not everyone wants to be saved. I know what you're thinking. You can't save those who don't want to be saved. I bloody well agree. The ones who sent me don't care what you or I think, though. All they care about is numbers. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough.
