It is the end of Mario Odyssey and Mario has just rescued Princess Peach from Bowser yet again. Yet her behavior toward Mario has him very upset. Mario confronts Peach about her indifferent treatment toward him after he risked so much for her and discovers a dark secret she has been keeping for years.
This story touches on a dark/heavy theme and Bowser is made more traditionally evil.
