The Nightwatcher

A teenager named Evian Hitoshi lives in a horribly dangerous town named Kenal, where crimes are everywhere. He becomes a vigilante known as The Nightwatcher in order to keep his loved ones and other people in the town safe from all danger commited by the people themselves. He later discovers that criminals aren't the only things deadly in the town but monsters who lurk within the shadows killing innocent lives. The government keeps these monsters hidden from the publics view in order to keep them unaware of their existence. The Nightwatcher along his friends Lizabeth Kinami and Boogey Man swore to expose these monsters and protect the lives of the innocents.
