Amber is a half-NightWing half-Skywing, and has lived in the sky kingdom for as long as she could remember with her father, Whirlwind, so when he sends Amber off to school, she doesn't know what to expect. Her father had told her stories about her mother and had described her weird hatching. her red-black and silver-speckled egg had rolled into the moonlight and shined a bright silver. It was odd, and really, and she though none of it. She managed her mind reading by running back home when the thought started to hurt. Though when her so-called "visions" started, she couldn't ignore them.
