Erzsi has returned to her hometown of Exgrave to finally do what she was forcibly taken away from: feed the mountain.
One slight issue: the mountain feeds on people, and it has been feeding on her family members for years. She finds her brother's old tape recorder and has begun to record her descent into madness in what is undoubtedly history's longest and most detailed suicide note.
