Relinquish

He was the embodiment of a shadow, a friend of sadness that snivels in the silence of the twilight. Like a drowning being, bobbing up and down of the tidal waves, all ready to embrace him- in which the boy did not resist: the burning sensation of the love an ocean could ever give any dying man in it's seizing last moment. An umbra, giving into the darkness wholly, giving up on life as he reaches the penultimate point of fighting his silent battle and attempts to take his own life... Maybe stalling wasn't so bad.
