seiu sato is a second-year deaf libero from fukurodani high school. her name spread like wildfire when people started realising that when she was on the court, the ball would never meet their side of the floor due to her deafness amplifying her awareness of her surroundings to an abnormal level, better than that of a professional olympic volleyball player.

intrigued, kenma kozume gets to know her as they start growing on each other discovering that their relationship may have gone further back even before high school but this romance is held short when seiu is forced to fake date sakusa kiyoomi, putting their fake relationship on blast for the media to see whilst hiding their fruitless love for each other from everyone seiu is close with all for the sake of her caring brother whom she would do anything for.

but seiu may not be the only one who has taken an interest in the introverted setter...
