She was called The Medusa. She was a part of the long line of innocent civilian test subjects caught in the brutality of war. They were taken from their home in Urzikstan as children and were tortured, brainwashed, experimented on, drugged, and manipulated into becoming more than soldiers... highly trained killers who can't say no to the Russian ultranationalist parties.

After blatantly denying orders by Makarov and trying to escape the life of being a mercenary. She is punished and forced to be sent to Urzikstan, the land of her people, where she will be forced to witness innocent civilians die under the reign of Major Hassan.

But not before being discovered by Ghost and Task-Force 141 Saves her from her fate and realizes that she is the key to taking down Hassan... and even Makarov. once and for all.
