On her 8th birthday, Saba's entire world comes to a jarring halt. Her sea-fairing family murdered and gone, she is then discovered and taken in by a rich noble. Driven by a fersome need for revenge, especially directed at the one who spared her her life on that...memorable..day, she goes on living, trying to find her place in this confusing world she somehow knows she has no part in.

Until the summer of his seventeenth year, Echar had never wanted for anything. He had always looked up to and followed the path chosen for him by his 'father', the self-proclaimed king of the south-western coast of the colonized world. With his anger at finding out the secrets kept from him for so long, memories disguised as dreams begin to surface, and the facade cannot hold for very long.

With a war threatening to tear the world apart, two souls will will be reunited in their search for belonging, all the while trying to keep two worlds from falling into complete chaos.

*NOTE*
I'm trying to find a fitting cover currently, but it's hard, even with my amazing friend trying to help me out. Thanks Kass :)

I've been waiting for this moment for over a year now. Hoping, dreaming, holding onto the picture in my mind what life could be like. I always thought this would never come. Thinking it's impossible for me to have a new start. Go to a new place, see new faces, meet new people. It always felt like walking through a desert with a map drawn in water. But even then, I never let go of my dream. I would close my eyes and imagine everything. How different I would feel waking up in the morning, how light my chest would feel, how more confident and comfortable I would feel. I was kind of writing my own little story in my head. And now, I'm just one zip of my suitcase away and my story will be coming to life. ------------------------------- Venus Jennings didn't just leave Harbor Ridge, she escaped it. Haunted by loss and chased by memories she can't outrun. Venus builds a quiet new life in a new town where no one knows her name or the pain she carries. She wants a fresh start in hopes to finding something she's never truly had: Peace, freedom, and maybe even love. Lucas Solace is the last person Venus thought she would ever cross paths with. He's kind, sincere, incredibly handsome and impossible to ignore. He's everything Venus believes she doesn't deserve. With his charm and persistence she slowly catches herself falling for him. She doesn't want to because trust and love doesn't come easy to her when the past she's running from still haunts her in ways she can't explain . But she wonders if letting him in might not be so dangerous after all. As Venus begins to open up to new possibilities, shadows of her past resurface forcing her to confront the reality she's been avoiding instead of just accepting to be free.

I'm supposed to be the Queen of Light-training, sparkling, smiling, ruling. Easy, right? Wrong. Enter Damian: frustrating, infuriating, dangerously irresistible. He's new. He's charming. And somehow, he's about to make my carefully perfect world explode. Eclipse Heaven is supposed to be my stage: magic at my fingertips, friends at my side, enemies under my heel. But monsters are stalking the halls, my ex is plotting my downfall, and Damian... oh, Damian keeps showing up exactly where he shouldn't. My instincts tell me to hate him. My heart screams to chase him. And between the darkness stirring inside me and the impossible pull I feel toward him, I'm losing control. I've got magic I barely understand, siblings I'd die for, and secrets that could get me killed. And yet, the more I resist him, the more I want to throw all caution to the wind-dangerous, reckless, consuming. Because sometimes the thing you're supposed to destroy... is exactly the thing you can't live without. In a school where light and shadow clash, where every step could be your last, and where love feels like a weapon-I'm learning the hardest lesson of all: hearts are never light... and neither am I. Sometimes you just need to change your perspective. Dark romantasy series, set in a world of fae and magic. 19 year old girl Catrina Elaris heir and daughter of light, perfect royal, perfect life but grief changes people. Niccola is a demi-queen undercover in enemy territory. Her little sister went missing seven moons ago, but one lead remains: a picture of a woman's face, drawn by a diviner shortly after the disappearance. Tracking her down has led Niccola to Calis, the realm next door whose border with her own remains closed for a reason. There, the trail goes cold. Until, that is, Niccola runs into a man in the marketplace who bears a family resemblance to the woman she seeks. His name is Isaiah, crown prince of Calis, and he's investigating disappearances, too. They join forces, faking courtship to sneak Niccola into the palace and get Isaiah's wedding-minded mother off his back. It doesn't take long to suspect that a common threat might underpin both their realms' problems. And as Niccola begins to develop real feelings for Isaiah, she's faced with an impossible choice: reveal her secrets and risk breaking his trust, or leave him in order to chase down the woman who stole her sister... a woman whose forbidden magic comes with a cost that could bring both realms to ruin. ❖❖❖ Complete and fully edited.
