After long, tedious, and laborious years of hard work, practice, and dreaming, Shinobu Kocho finally gets her big break when the dean of Angel Skates Figure skating Academy selects her to participate in the 19th annual figure skating interscholastic tournament. Only the cream skaters of every figure skating academy in Japan could participate-and this year Shinobu was one of them.
