Elian, a young girl who lives in a small town called Alderfall lives in a world with a horrible disease called Riftbane, the disease having yet to find the cure. Elian doesn't have the sickness, but her mom does, she sets on a journey hoping to find the cure for her mother, but she soon finds out the secrets behind this mysterious sickness.
