Teyvat's most wanted criminal, the green fox finally falls into Wriothesley's trap and is brought into the Fortress of Meropide, the most famous prison of Teyvat.

Hated by the majority of the inmates, Carmina the green fox, tries to survive her time in the fortress with all the bullying, badmouthing and punishment by guards, inmates and the Duke alike. As her condition worsens and all the bad treatment gets to her, the Duke finally loosenes his iron grip on her and his icy heart slowly thaws. 
As he tries to find out the truth about her greatest crime, he realizes an unknown third party is involved, holding back the truth.

But suddenly the Fatui are meddling with his affairs, hinting at the involvement of a certain, especially cruel Harbinger - Dottore.
