Ardonia fights its bloodiest war in history. The Voltaris strike against the other clans for the first time in 900 years. The Nether seeks vengeance against the Overworld with a gigantic siege. In the midst of it all is Thalleous Sendaris: Champion of the Ardoni, lieutenant in the Sendaria Militia, and one of the first combatants of the Great War.
As powers older than any record join the battle, Thalleous wages war not just against enemies bearing mighty armies, but the doubts he has about rivalries older than memory and the seductive power of the Prime Songs that this war is fought for.
This is a rewritten version of Champion: A Songs of War Fanfiction, the hit story that shook the Wattpad Songs of War community. If you're coming here from the original text, then don't feel like there's nothing to see; there's plenty of changes and additional plot points to keep you entertained. Feldin Fort has just been attacked by an army of Necromancers and undead for the first time since the War. Igneous goes South to solve a long going Civil War to help in the coming fight.
