I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE VILLAINOUS CONSORT
SUMMARY Before Feng Yi ascended the throne, no one wanted to marry this prince who lacked presence and was out of favor. After his ascension, the harem was filled with the daughters of high-ranking court officials. They were an eyesore to look at and vexing to deal with. He felt that even favoring them would defile his own dragon body. He decided to choose a woman with a fiery, arrogant, domineering, and jealous nature to enter the palace, to cast all this "trash" into the Cold Palace on his behalf. Song Yunzhao had transmigrated to ancient times for fourteen years, all the while laying low and just trying to get by. She was just waiting for the plot to begin, then she would transform into a villainess-arrogant, domineering, fiery, and jealous-so that she would be rejected from the selection and could then choose a husband to live a carefree and happy life with. Later, Song Yunzhao watched as His Majesty smiled at her with immense indulgence and said, "Zhaozhao, come here." Song Yunzhao immediately felt that something was terribly wrong, a chill running up from the soles of her feet. The damned Emperor wore a gentle expression, but his eyes were as cold as ice; he clearly wanted to use her as his blade! ✍️✍️ Dark Fragrance

She remembers the conspiracies hidden behind palace walls. She remembers the poison. She remembers the day the only person who ever saw her worth died in her arms. She makes herself one promise. She will save her Rajkumar. Not because she expects him to remember her. Not because she hopes he will love her. But because he once saved a broken girl when no one else would. To protect him, Meera must hide the truth of who she is, navigate the deadly politics of Rajput royalty, and change a destiny that history insists cannot be rewritten. But fate is stubborn. And the closer she grows to the prince she swore only to protect, the harder it becomes to ignore the feelings neither of them ever expected. Some promises are stronger than destiny. And some love stories begin long before either heart realizes it.
The Crown Prince's Destined Bride
For eighteen years, they have known each other's names. For eighteen years, they have known they are destined to marry. For eighteen years, they have never been allowed to meet. A prophecy declared that Yuvrani Nandhini Devi Mahadevan of Chandravali and Yuvraj Rudra Veer Pratap Suryavanshi of Suryagarh are bound by fate. But the same prophecy carried a terrifying warning: If they see each other before the White Comet returns eighteen years later, one of them will die. Now the comet is returning. As destiny prepares to unite them at last, Rudra finds himself chasing the truth behind his elder brother's murder-a mystery buried beneath secrets, lies, and powerful enemies. Together, Rudra and Nandhini are drawn into a dangerous hunt for the truth, uncovering conspiracies that threaten not only their kingdoms, but the future fate intended for them. And somewhere between prophecy and reality, duty and desire, grief and healing, they discover a love far deeper than destiny itself-a bond built on unwavering trust, fierce loyalty, and a connection that feels as though their souls have always belonged to one another. A story of fate, love, royal intrigue, family bonds, hidden enemies, and two hearts destined not only to find each other-but to become each other's greatest strength.

Abhiranika ~ The Withered Princess
I was in love with a man I knew nothing about. Until I was wedded to the one I was destined for. I thought it would be easy to forget him and move on with my life. I was ready to give it a chance. He had broken my heart, after all. But things don't always go the way you want, do they? Everything changed when I stepped into this marriage and realized it needed me more than I needed it. I had a huge family. A whole line of brothers-in-law and a grumpy sister-in-law, who was also once my best friend. I did as I was told. I didn't even give it a thought, how drastically my life was about to change because of this decision. Love doesn't always bloom roses in your garden. Sometimes, it leaves behind dead trees that never bloom, no matter how many springs come and go. I was that tree. My husband was everything a woman could ask for. I don't know if he hated me or not... but I was certain I couldn't give him the true love he deserved. Every time I think of it, I realize I am just a withered Princess. No matter how many roses my husband blooms for me, I will always be crushed beneath the weight of my past and mistakes. As always, I found myself standing by the window, feeling the cold air kiss my cheeks while my husband slept on the bed behind me. I rubbed my arms to warm myself. The moon was pretty.
