Shohei Ohtani.. who is a famous baseball player. 
Rosie who is a graduate from USD. 
Love wasn't on her mind but with Shohei, he changed that for her. She wanted the same goals as him but hardships occur. A big one. But in the end, they worked through it for so long to achieve something even better than they imagined. 

From a 1st Gen Immigrant family, Rosie graduates with an International Relations degree with Shohei by her side and her close friends, Alex & Cassie. Along with some others. 

Shohei who had been doing baseball all his life and not knowing what he wanted in the end. He saw a glimpse of Rosie and saw a future he never knew would come to him. Being asked to mentor the baseball team in USD and seeing her changed everything.
