Story plot!:
Xisuma has passed on, leaving the server to come to hell, scar and grian's fights are more brutal and hectic.. Mumbo became more quiet and paranoid... Cleo has been missing a week before Ex was declared admin... Jevin and Gem were oddly absent after the forced voting.. Bdubs had fallen ill.. the worst part was that EvXisuma never cared or bother to check up on the members... Grian is just a normal hermitcraft guy. He goes around pranking people and having fun, always with a good personality. But then something joins the server, determined to dig into Grians mind and change him forever. Grian starts hearing a voice in the back of his head. It gets deeper into his past, digging out power and an unsettling courage to corrupt things around him. Even though he already had a nag for friendly distruction this is a whole different situation. The voice is telling him to hurt hermits. Change hermits. Kill hermits. NPC Grian has come for revenge, and Grian is finding himself swayed by the voice. (This is not an Evo story although it will have mentions that Grian has been an admin. The watchers have nothing at all to do with this story, just the fact Grian has been an admin and knew some things he has forgotten. This story takes place in season 7. Not all hermits will have matching personalities to the actual hermit. This thumbnail was not created by me, it was created by Maiioz on X (forever Twitter). WARNING: Blood, depression, self-harm, death, some cussing, you know all the good stuff like that :) )

Secrets, mysteries, friendships, and wars... What is the worst of it? The best? Will betrayal come? Or love? With friendships last when secrets are revealed? I know, sucky description. I literally just started writing it. I'll figure out something better. But in the mean time... All hermitcraft characters do not belong to me!! (Obviously) I only own the teachers, and the royals and such. Literally the only characters that DON'T belong to me are the hermits- soo...... Yeah. Including Watchers and Listeners. I'll come up with something better eventually. Also Cover was drawn by me. NO STEALING! Also for any that had just gone through reading it or whatever as of March 2022- please forgive me for apparently (I think, it was a little confusing) not publishing chapter One! I had not noticed til today (20th). But now it is there! And if I had already published it, sorry for the confusion. I myself am very much confused.

To describe Scar & Grian's relationship, it is one of complete and utter loathing. The two have a deep-rooted dislike for one another, always wanting to bully each other every time they come near. However, whenever they do pass or see each other, they would get this strange feeling of warmth and joy that fills their guts. But they don't know what this sensation is, they just know that it makes them want to bully and torment the other even worse. It's such a unique feeling, no one can explain it, not even themselves. They just know that the feeling is there and they hate it. They hate it so much that they wont admit it or even talk about it, it's something unspoken but still a powerful and driving force between the two. Grian hated it, hating that feeling of warmth and attraction that Scar was causing. This completely flipped their relationship, as Grian started to want more of Scar's attention. However, he felt so conflicted about this feeling as well, wanting to fight and torment Scar but unable to resist the charms as well. This story is inspired by the song Your Stupid face by Kaden Mackay I hope you like it! The art is from tobytoaster on tumblr but I made the cover myself by just conjoining the two pieces and added some text. COMPLETE 27th of January 2024

Sam was gone, for good, Mumbo had killed him and he hadn't respawned. He was dead. Grian trusted in the kindness of the world and he opened up, but that was his biggest mistake. Because what if Sam wasn't dead? What if they had been tricked by a simple hack? What if Scar and Mumbo went missing? What if they were taken? Grian would have to find out the consequences of those 'what if's the hard way. A sequel to "Sam's Back", I suggest reading that first if you haven't already since otherwise this won't make sense. A YHS/Hermitcraft fanfic. Angsty. There's some mild Grumbo shipping but it could just be seen as platonic. Also Scar/Cub shipping, but only really at the very end and you can ignore it if you want. Trigger warnings: death loops, permadeath, Sam being Sam, manipulation, self hatred, torture, general angsty stuff. There's a happy ending though! Also, this is a continuation of my imaginative book covers and chapter titles! Word count: approx 14,700 words
