Dabi, or "Touya" works for the league of villains. His quirk is cremation and his hands give off a blue fire. He is flirty, and usually handles things himself.
Hawks, or "Keigo" is the number 2 pro hero. His quirk is named fierce wings and he has a pair of sensitive red wings that allow him to fly. He is also able to control the feathers on his wings to form a sharp blade . He controls every feather and can use them to move around objects.
