Phoenix never thought much of her ability to be something else after she dies. Heck, she has died 45 times (or was it 35?) But when a strange dog starts attacking people, she saves a man she cannot dream of being away from, and then an evil organization under the guise of the Immortality Research Project takes him away, she plans to save him... and take the organization down.
