In the world, there are only two things that cause terror: The Shadow and The Light. It is said that in ancient times, these beings were compatible, that they created Arnia in all its splendor and loved each other. They helped each other. They wanted each other. All of that changed millennia ago when The Shadow corrupted The Light, consuming and transforming it into what it is today an orb of light, an extremely precious gem. Its power? It remained in its human form, as if it were its daughter, born on the same day when The Light was corrupted, but The Shadow itself ended her on the same day she was created. All of this is myth; it is not known exactly whether it is real or not, but few care. They only know that on that day, the HalRoot were created faithful followers who desire to witness evil and believe that The Shadow is a malevolent deity. Many regard The Shadow and The Light as the first deities, goddesses, beings, saints, entities, etc. Not me. I do not believe in those things, much less. I only know that they both existed, but not as magnificent deities with a tragic past between them. Instead, they existed as Terrestrials."
