A tale centered around Kain, a diligent and impoverished man, who underwent an enigmatic transformation, suddenly amassing wealth overnight.
"Dear young lad," she implored, her voice trembling, "can you spare some of the fruits you have in that sack?"
Kain was dumbfounded. The sack he carried contained the day's harvest, and it was the sole sustenance for his family's evening meal. To share it with a stranger would mean going hungry themselves. Yet, her pleading eyes tugged at his heartstrings.
After a moment's hesitation, Kain reluctantly opened the sack and offered the young woman a handful of fruits. "Take these," he said with a hint of guilt in his voice.
The meek lady took the fruits with gratitude, her eyes filled with genuine appreciation. "Thank you," she whispered.
But before Kain could ask her name or offer any further assistance, the young woman spoke again, her tone grave. "Do not open the sack until you reach home," she offered a cryptic warning.
