"What the hell are you!?" I shout out with wide eyes. His large figure blocked out most of the light from the street while his shadows seemed to melt into the darkness of the alley. The only thing that shined with light were his amber eyes, which made him look scary as shit.

"Maybe she's following the noise," he thought as he began to follow it to find where it was coming from and hopefully locate Celine. He pushed through the underbrush as the sound became louder and then he saw Celine standing in front of a whirling, shimmering vortex which was floating about four feet above the forest floor.
