Mr plant wasn't carefull with anything he did, he knew that clearly
but, if you asked him, he didn't expect to end up in a really sketchy clinic for the reasons that got him there
he thought that if he ever got into a clinic, it would be because of his anger, maybe attacking someone and not being able to finish the job or ending up in a fight with someone that hurt him to the point that he decided to not handle the wounds by himself

the thought of getting into a clinic because of harm he did to himself didnt cross his mind. not even a single time

plus, he never thought of meeting a really cute but really crazy nurse on his time there
