A young 18-year-old African comes from a harsh background. But he manages to get a scholarship to America for his studies, as it is his father's dream for him to become a Doctor.

Whilst in America, he meets a famous young popstar called Ava Wilder. She helps him after she was found by a bench at the park, crying sobs of desperation due to her highly demanding job as a celebrity.

But as their relationship gets stronger, the press begin to cause unwanted trouble upon Ava's career.
