Mr. Wolf and his brother Sean Maxwell along with the rest of the crew decide that it's time to make things personal by finally going after the Golden Dolphin which had foiled every known criminal that had attempted to steal it. However, The Bad Guys knew that Sean wanted to steal something more valuable which was the Governor's Heart. Things go up in flames, but Sean had a plan to keep him and his pals out of prison. At first he was only pretending to go good so the Dolphin Heist could get finished, but soon he starts seeing just how nice it feels to not be a scary monster.
