War.
That was all Kion and the Lion Guard had known. With bloody battles and constant vying to keep their home safe... to keep their home at all, their childhood was spent fighting for their right to live - a right the vicious Outlanders sought to take away.
But one day, it was over.
The Pridelanders were victorious! No one could believe it, but the war was over at last! Unfortunately, during the final battle, Kion sustained an injury that ran much further than skin-deep. The only hope for a cure was the legendary and mystical Tree of Life, thousands of miles away. To make matters even worse, Fuli, a member of the Lion Guard and Kion's best friend, by absolute chance uncovers a truth that could change the young lion's already fragile life forever.
As they set off on the journey, they knew one thing: nothing would be the same again.

When Two Paths Cross - Kion x Rani
This is going to be my first Kion x Rani book and I'm writing it because I can't think of anything else to solve my writers block. When Kopa who is acting as King for the Pride Lands tries to conquer the Tree of Life but fails as Scar invades with an army, the Lion Guard are kicked out and Kion and Rani go on a crazy adventure. Kion and Rani: Lost Memory
After a devastating fire ravaged the Pridelands, Kion, who had gone in search of help, was swept away by the river and lost consciousness. When he awoke, alone and disoriented, he had no memory of his past. Now amnesiac, he wandered through the forest for days, weakened by exhaustion and hunger. It was then that he met a young lioness named Rani. A quiet but undeniable spark ignited between them. Shortly after their encounter, Kion collapsed from fatigue. When he opened his eyes again, he found himself in a place entirely unknown to him: the Tree of Life. Unaware of his true identity, Kion chose to settle in this mysterious kingdom. There, he met several animals who, despite his forgotten past, quickly became his friends-familiar to who read this story. But he also crossed paths with a prince named Seto, soon to be engaged to Rani. As days passed, Kion and Rani grew closer, stirring jealousy in Seto and suspicion in the king of the Tree of Life. The kingdom's balance began to falter, threatened by hidden forces lurking in the shadows, eager to seize control. The Snake Bite {1}
One day the Guard was patrolling and went to the Watering Hole because it was so hot out, when they get there a few moments passed and Kion gets bit by a snake and he gets horribly sick and possibly dying. The Guard goes on a journey to find the remedy, but while they are out there a teammate is the most worried about Kion out of them all: Fuli. She knew him as a cub and thinking about him getting taken away like that, it makes her sad and it doesn't help with the feelings she has for him. She tries to focus on the task ahead but she keeps thinking about their leader and wants to get back before it's too late. But what happens when they meet trouble along the way? After Kion gives up the Roar and his duties as the Fiercest of the Lion Guard, he asks his teammates to accompany him to the Tree of Life so he can be with Queen Rani. However, Fuli sees this a betrayal and believes it undermines everything they have worked for. After years apart, the Pridelands are on edge as a neighbouring Cheetah Coalition threatens a war with King Simba. Kion is forced to return to his homeland and sacrifice his happiness for the sake of peace. The one thing that can prevent a war is a betrothal between the Prideland Prince and the Cheetah Coalition Heiress. "Everything I do is for the Kingdom".
Will You Be Mine? Kion x Amani
I know that Lion Guard has been gone for a very long time but it was still a very good show. This is about how Kion and Amani(Swahili for peace) have a bond that everyone can understand. It's very obvious, they meant for each other. After Scar threatens to attack another Kingdom, Kion goes out to aid the neighbouring Kingdom. But what if he finds something different. Something new.
