The initials also change colour according to the emotion of the person who they represent. Over time, every fourth year on their birthday, a person will gain another tattoo, this time one holding a clue to who the person's soulmate could be.
All Wooyoung wants is to find his soulmate. All he knows about them is that their initials are C.S, they're
