Miles 'Tails' Prower is about to turn eighteen, and after a ton of begging; he finally convinces Sonic to let him go on a mission without him. Even though he got permission, there was a catch. He had to bring someone with him that was as powerful as him or more.
Thankfully, Miles knows someone just for that.
