Long after Beelzebub's rampage, causing the multiverse to split into two, there came a new threat, that being Nightmare, but they too have been put down together with Dream...

Many months after the multiverses recovered and thus expanded into their own individual multiverses, many have noticed a strange 'reaction' between the two multiverses...
