"I know that you just want to protect me, as best as you can, but you need to know that, I don't want you getting hurt in the process of trying to protect me, so promise me that you won't take any rash steps just to protect me" he says.

"Fine I'll promise you, but on one condition " she replies.

"What condition?" He asks, he's gaze questioning.

" My condition is that you won't also take any rash steps, to protect me, for example if someone calls me a bitch, you are to sit back and think things through before acting" she says, her gaze direct and focused.

"I can't promise you that" he says.

"And neither can I, so we both, shouldn't make promises that we can't Keep"she responds, the corners of her lips moving upward to form a smirk.
