TULSA IN THE '60s WAS MORE THAN just vibrant colors and "free love." It was divided smack down the middle: the East and West. Socs vs. Greasers. One side arguably ruled by the pariah Tim Shepard and the other controlled by the name Sinclair. Only this isn't about a war between opposites, it's about this... Monroe Sinclair, the preacher's daughter. Church folks thought her to be innocent, Jasper Rudy as naïve, and greasers knew her as the waitress at Benny's with the friendly smile and open mind. Tim Shepard, a notorious gang leader. Most people saw him as a criminal, Socs as a hood, and the boys in his gang saw him as a paragon. But when these two cross paths, their budding romance helps fuel tensions between the Shepard Gang and the Tiber Street Tigers -- two rival gangs vying for control of the Tulsa streets.
