An unusual girl called Susie lived with her dad in a huge tree house that had an underground hiding place, until she was aged 14. She retells the weird and most wonderful things that have happened in her life so far. However, her dad managed to sell some of his most special things he had of his and Susie’s and her dad had to sell some of their treasured possessions to start a new life, even though Susie didn't want to, as they were special to her. When they had enough money they decided to move towns. This makes a huge difference to Susie and her personality, as she really loved old her life and home. Her new home is very different from the one she used to live in, so she makes an underground hut, as she wants something that will help her remember of her proper home. She meets a family that are just like Susie’s, but with no dad, only with a mum, which could lead to something. A few days later she finds out something that could make her and the new family much happier than they are at the moment. Furthermore, she meets someone that could be the person of her life, but then something horrible happens. Can she overcome it? What will see do? Will she be happy again? Well, it’s up you to find out all of that out and she then becomes more of a stronger and braver girl, than anyone else in the whole world.
