We are going to see this story from the perspective of Kashi Princess Amba who longed to marry King Shantanu and Ganga Putra Bhism but was brutally rejected by him for several times. What will happen if a 21st century girl, student of Psychology, suddenly discovered herself reincarnated as Princess Amba? What was she had to find herself amidst the political turmoil of India when the fate of a girl was already decided by her patiarchial society long before her birth? Why she went after Bhism after being rejected repeatedly? Would her own 21st century mindset be helpful for her or put prove to be an obstacle in her road? The pressing question was could she change the well known destiny of Princess Amba or not? This is my third story on Mahabharata series. I like this fiesty warrior princess for her struggle through her two different births to avenge her insult. This story is very close to my heart. The time set of this fictional story was both ancient age of India at the time of Mahabharata and also 21st century. This is my original unpublished fan- fiction type story. I did not want hurt anyone's feelings. I just try to unravel the inner psychology of Kashi state's beautiful Princess Amba after rejection by Bhism and her simultaneous transformation to Sikhandini and Sikhandi. He even had to take part in his friend's gulit, agony and wrongdoings unwantedly. But he had a secret in his birth. Did it make him or ultimately break him before the final war of Kurukshetra against Arjuna? Some of avid readers are asking why I did not mention here about his lover Baishali or his third wife Uruvi. Yes I had removed their names as I planned to pen down separate stories on all of them. I had followed Ved Vyas Mahabharata here mostly. I don't want to make this book into a big fat novel. So I write down a whole series on his each wives and off springs, Vrishaketu & Padmaja. Sorry if you find this story not related to my all other stories of Karna Series. This is my second story on my favorite Mahabharata series. He is my childhood crush till today. I dedicate this book only to him. This is my original story and I strongly declare that I did not publish it on any other platform than here. Most would tell that the story of Uruvi was just a folklore and mentioned only in the scripts of South India. So kindly remember that fact before reading my book. She was Shankar Putri and Foster daughter of Bhumi Devi or mother earth. This is my original unpublished story and purely fan fiction and imaginative. It is copyrighted by only me.
