[IMPORTANT SEQUEL ALERT: Book #2 of 'The Lost One' Series] Love. That's what they had. He loved her and she loved him. Kaiden had never been as proud and complete as he did with his mate safe in his arms, his mark on her skin. She was his and he was never going to let her go. Of course, there would be challenges, they were planning to face off - and hopefully take down - some of the most powerful men in their world, but they were gaining followers. They now had other Alphas standing beside them, and a growing pack at their backs, and each and every one was prepared to fight. To fight for her, and for the good of their species. Because she held the answers, for them, and their whole kind. But, the unthinkable happens. Aislinn is gone. Disappearing in the night, she takes his love and their hope with her. Kaiden is determined to get her back, the problem will be if Aislinn wants to be found. Anger. She had tried. Had given into fate, succumbed to the selfish desire to be typical, to be happy, but she wasn't those things. She wasn't unbroken. Or normal. Or whole. She was completely and absolutely, irreparably, shattered. For five years she had planned, had lived only for vengeance, then her mate had come and swept her away. He'd broken through her walls and restarted her heart. She loved him. Even as broken and twisted as she was, she knew she loved him. She was so proud, so happy that she wore his mark, but some things could not be erased. Even by love. Some things could not be forgotten. Could never be forgiven. Fate. The entire werewolf world is on the brink of war. Packs and Alphas are beginning to choose sides, and the stakes will only grow as the whispers of Royal succession and a lost Heir begin to surface. Fate brought Kaiden and Aislinn together, but in the face of their pasts and all that is out to rip them apart, it may not be enough to keep them. ©Revenge of the Luna Queen

Pain. That is what she is experiencing now. Not just the body, but even her mind is burning in agony as she looks at him. Unable to look into her eyes, he turned his face away. Everyone in the assembly was looking at her as if she were guilty. But was she truly the one at fault? She didn't know, nor did she understand what crime she had committed. Somewhere deep inside, she held onto a flicker of hope that justice might still prevail as she stood there, motionless. everyone is mummers something but she was not in a state to listen. After a while, King Alpha spoke. "The verdict was to punish this woman for attempting to hand over important matters of the kingdom to another country. However, before proceeding, it was revealed that the woman was pregnant. According to the laws of this assembly, a pregnant woman could not be punished. The fact that she was pregnant had been concealed and eventually, it came to light. Therefore, I exonerate her from this punishment. After saying this, the king stepped down from the royal assembly. Her eyes filled with tears. Standing firm in her resolve, she spoke to the king before leaving. "I want to see the corpses of my child." She knew what was happening there was injustice, yet no one did not open. Because she wasn't part of the royal family. Her little sister ranup to her and hugged her, calling her "sister." She stood silently. She was not in a mental state to respond to anything. She had lost something, but she didn't know what it was. Yet, she knew one thing. "Don't trust anyone in life." Why did moon goddess do this to me? She didn't know that either.

WARNING: THIS BOOK HAS MAJOR PLOT HOLES, AND IS ALL TOGETHER VERY BAD. I SUGGEST YOU READ MY NEW BOOK, Skeletons In My Closet. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. When they slowly cut my skin, I didn't scream, when I felt their blades lightly drag across my stomach and legs I didn't shake. This was my life and I was used to it. It was fine. When they slowly cut my skin, I didn't scream, when I felt their blades lightly drag across my stomach and legs I didn't shake. This was my life and I was used to it. It was fine. When his red stamp hit my card, I couldn't dare look. But those red letters attacked my eyes; Weak. ---------------------- This was the Alpha playing with his food. I could imagine how he would stalk to me, his head high with all his teeth showing. His pure white fur not being touched by the dust he had created when he chased after me. I can only imagine how every step for him would be a leap for me. That blood would hang from his mouth and drip onto the forest floor but not even faze his fangs. I was terrified of him. Even if I couldn't bring myself to mention it, to be weak and choose to submit. These thoughts kept me running, the invisible echo of a laugh that wasn't really there stayed in my ear, even though he was nowhere to be. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• He was terrifying, but yet, at he same time he was safe. AU: I STARTED WRITING THIS 2 YEARS AGO. ITS NOT THE BEST STORY.
