A girl with a messy life, yet a warm heart, and a boy with a troubled upbringing and a soft spot, find their way back into each other's lives and fix each other's mistakes. 

From dealing with a boy she thinks is too good for her, but ends up being exactly what she's needed, and her, being exactly who he's been looking for. To a man who can't choose between his daughter and his wife and friends who can't seem to put her feelings first.

This story is based on the show Stranger Things. It does not, however, follow any plot. The Upside Down never happened but El is alive and lives with Hopper. Billy and Eddie are perfectly fine and their lives are how they're shown in the show. The year currently is 1985.
