They adopted eri and shinso more years pass and that's when they figure out that hizashi pregnant they don't know how it happened but they are so happy to add a new member to the family.After birth the parents found out that izuku had multiple sicknesses including epilepsy and not great health.

Izuku loves music even though he's living with 2 Pro Heroes named Shota Aizawa aka Eraser Head, Hizashi Yamada aka Present Mic, Hitoshi Shinso aka his older brother. Izuku met All Might and got One For All but has to keep it a secret. Izuku's quirk he shows most is Telekinesis that he got from his mom who mysteriously disappeared. A/N: Izuku is also has a trans body even though he's a boy because he is an Omega and if he gets pregnant which I won't spoil if he is or not in the story. :3 He won't have a C-section and can give birth like a normal woman would do when they are pregnant.
