TANGLED PLANS

Daisy Madden has always had a little crush on her brother's best friend. Maxwell Adler has always been sweet to his friend's younger sister. Throughout Daisy's life, the crush has only grown bigger.

One night she decides that, with her feelings only growing wider for a boy who would never look twice at her, she needs to get rid of said feelings. While she is researching that night, Max finds her doing so. Daisy lies about having a crush on another person, but what happens when Max wants to help Daisy talk to this person who doesn't exist? Daisy's lie only grows more and more, and later she is found in a plan with Max to get her crush's (again, the person doesn't exist) attention.

Through the makeover Max helps her with, getting a date, and helping her with so much more, Daisy realizes that this plan isn't working. Her feelings for her brother's best friend remain. What will she do? There aren't many solutions on how to get out of this.
