After the war with Gaea, the head counselors, lieutenants and praetors were presented with 'McShizzle Phones', courtesy of Leo, who was stuck in the infirmary after getting beaten up by campers upon his arrival. Unfortunately, the fates never give the demigods a break, and they cause a certain 'mistake' with the contacts. 
At the same time, the Avengers and Nick Fury stumble across a certain file - typical, I know. Surprise, surprise, the 'contact mistake' and the 'certain file' have something to do with each other. 
The demigods and the avengers are met with a debate and a few decisions that will impact 8.1 billion people, and when the wrong decision is made...

This is my first book! Also, I'm more of a PJO fan, so please forgive me if I get some Avenger things wrong, and comment it so I can fix it, please!

No one knew what had happened to Leo. And Annabeth...she didn't know. She could never know. He had made sure of that. Percy Jackson is in trouble; he did a good thing, or at least, so he thought at the time. And if he had the chance to go back, he would do it again. But maybe differently next time. He would find a way. So that no one had to get hurt...no one had to die. A/N: I know I said this is a crossover, and it is, however the main part of the story revolves around Percy, because...well, just because. But mostly because Percy is Percy. I wanted to write an interesting PJO x Avengers fanfic with angst and drama and adventure, but without all the "everyone is dead and Tony is Percy's uncle" plot. (Takes place after Trials of Apollo and the avengers movie) After Nico and Will let Percy and Annabeth know about their new and dangerous quests, they are understandably worried. Percy thought college life was hard enough without your friends going on the most dangerous quest possible. And boy is college hard. Why did Percy choose to study marine biology! The math, the memorization, the fancy science words! It all feels like too much sometimes! Why can't we just call every fish Nemo 1, Nemo 2, and so on and so forth?
