sara lance is the captin of the Legends and on mission she met a ninja named itachi uchiha and 9 mouths later shatachi is born and he has the uchiha bloodline but his charka affintes are wind and lighting and he also has the sharingan he can channel his wind and lighting into his sherkinans and kunais along with his sword when sara said that he has to go to star city for training with his uncle oliver and aunt laurel see how his life starts to change when star city gets to have it's turn for the chunin exams
