Uprising
Year 2456 Humans have become so technologically advanced that they are able to manipulate genetics to make humans do amazing and powerful things. Diseases such as AIDs and Cancer are as easily curable as the common cold. But before this flourishment there was....bloodshed. In the year 2252, The United states waged war against other nations, this war raged from 2252 to 2400. Killing billions and destroying the once great United States. The once great country was split into five colonies Montag, Crishun, Pyrin, Sendrill and Kami. Once these colonies formed they had no way of enforcing laws. Well they didn't until a 20-year-old man named Robert Cross came into the colonies, in year 2430, with his latest creation. He was able to create a synthetic human that didn't have the human weaknesses. Sickness, lust, Greed, and death was of no importance to them. After Cross revealed his creation crime rate fell almost all the way to zero. For many years this seemed like the best things ever created by man. Robert Cross was seen as a man who saved these colonies from themselves. He was awarded a Nobel peace prize for his contributions to mankind. After a while Robert became greedy, he didn't want accolades, he wanted power. When the colonies failed to give him so, he seized control instead. He programmed his once amazing creations to attack anyone who got in his way. When he seized control of Kami he created a government he called "The Axis Prime". Cross, with the help of his synthiziods, controls Kami, Montag and Sendrill, his hunger isn't satisfied till he has it all. Many of these colonies people were slaughtered for trying to rebel against Cross. Around the year 2441, he tried to capture the colony Pyrin. Cross felt something odd when the Commander of his synthizoid brigade did not return. He found out of a group trying to liberate the colonies he controlled. The name of the group is Salva and this is their story.Complete

"If we were so riveted in the spectrum of nature, why did we stand, petrified, as we became corrupted by idle technology, stupefied by glowing screens, stolen from life as we know it from enemies right under our noses? Why did we relent to this obvious threat when we did have the capability to change, and prevent our peaceful hierarchy from being razed? It was the consequence of this stupidity that condemned us all to slaves, servants of a towering race of robots and data." The year 2096. Robots rule the world. Their grip seemed impenetrable, the extent of their control unknown by the humans. Society is blinded by the splendour and wealth of all the technology. "We live in mere fear, unable to access any computerised knowledge for fear of being discovered. We're convicted to the old ways of living, our specialists abilities unable to be used. It puts a very ironic twist on the definition of being free." COMPLETED --Complete

Porcelyn Cracked- rough 1st edit
In the future, science has found a way to re-animate the dead and make them pliant servants for the wealthy. They buy the units for 10,000 for a base model. More attractive units sell higher as well as the more physically fit the model is the higher the price. The units are used for anything and everything their owner wants, from household work to administrative duties, to even being sexual companions. They are each programmed with a hard drive in their brain that works like a computer and allows them to have a quick mind and agility, as well as nano machines in their body to repair any damage that can occur with normal usage. There are some people who still view the units as a dead body and have trouble interacting with them in their daily life. But most of the population is too poor to even afford one so this problem is left to the upper classes that can buy the units. For some, poverty is worse than death. For one Porcelyn, death is just the start.Complete

We saw artificial inteligence turn against its maker, we saw them "get a soul" and stand up alongside their maker but what if? This story tells a tale somewhere in the future in a time when cloning, androids and space fairing is part of everyday life. Humans are fractured into smaller factions, one of them is the Old World's Core, the technologically superior and more stable systems, where people, despite the recessions and constant wars live in peace and harmony, no matter who or what you are. The other bigger faction is the Unknown Worlds' and The Outskirts' systems, warmongering, in-fighting, chaotic forces with far bigger army and resources. Finally those who are neutral, with their local militaries. One thing is certain, on the ground they use armies, tanks and Verticals (they're mechs, just having a fancy name for them) while the space battles are done with spaceships (duh). In this situation, we'll follow the "life" of an android, the first military oriented mech Pilot, one of the many, code name: EVAs (Experimental Vertical Anima). They're funded and manufactured inside OWC territory but some were stolen, corrupted, converted or went AWOL. over the decades, EVAs were phased out by the ADAMs (Anima-Differential compensator Automaton (Male-template), however, these were far behind their predecessors by proccessing power and independence, so much so that they had to work with a human pilot but in turn they were cheaper and given they had male appearance, the whining part of the population was satified that now not just "women" were used in automated combat [yep, we didn't change THAT much]. Since that day, when the first automated Verticals first clashed and the OWC lost their most valuable system, a piece treaty was signed. This is the day when the unionised new calendar was formed, the Unionised Standard (UT). It's been 10 years since that day and the treaty was broken. This is where our story begins.Complete

Link City
When you're marked you have two choices; fight or die. Nance lives in the past, literally. Her city is a recreation of early twenty-first century society. To the outside world they're experiments, just rats running around a maze. In an impoverished future world, the city seems to be their only chance of finding where they went wrong, or so they say. Nance doesn't know the real purpose of her home, and she doesn't care. All she sees are the one hundred teenagers, just like her, who are killed every year in the barbaric ritual known as the marking. They tattoo your face and pit you against your peers, against the city. Nance doesn't know why, but it doesn't matter, because she's sixteen and it's her turn to be marked. **So I decided to replace the original story with the rewrite because they are pretty much exactly the same. Plus, it's a lot less complicated then having two separate books for the same story.** There is a * next to all rewritten chapters. THE ORIGINAL VERSION IS COMPLETE. IT'S JUST NOT MARKED AS SUCH BECAUSE I GAVE UP ON THE REWRITE.Complete
