A story about how a boy will learn how to adapt and embrace change.

Damian Davis, a sleep deprived introvert, has never had a crush on anyone growing up. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Zero. Girls from his elementary school would confess their undying love for him left and right, but he would be oblivious to every one that came his way. Because of this he was bullied and unable to make friends, so throughout all of middle school he was homeschooled.

On the first day of his sophomore year of high school, however, Damian is lost in the new school when suddenly a brunette haired girl bumps into him in the halls. For the first time in his life his heart starts racing from being in a close proximity to another human being.

As if things couldn't get more confusing for Damian, a wild red head appears and falls on Damian. Literally. It was super affective. What a critical hit. Damian's heart pounds against his rib cage as if it's trying to collapse on itself. Is it because of annoyance, or is it the act of true love?! Who could tell?

With these strange new feelings and new environment, how will Damian understand what he's feeling?
