nik and price has been friends since they both started in the military at the age of 18 (price) & 20 (nik), they have been pulling pranks and gossiping about the soldiers, they still do even though price is now the captain and nik is a pilot.
the flirting tension has been growing a lot, at first it was a joke, but no one, not even themselves, think its a joke anymore, price has been sitting awfully close to nik and nik has been sitting awfully close to price, they've joked about kissing and making out even though they never did, they wish they actually did but none of them had the courage to, and they've just flirted a lot in general.
in a few days (aka chapters) its niks birthday, maybe its time they tell the truth there?
