A Filipino-American book nerd attempts to save her precious library from closure with the help of a mysterious vanishing book and a boy she should never fall for.

Elsy, a Filipino-American book nerd, faces a crisis when their town's growing reliance on artificial intelligence technology threatens her beloved Littleton Public Library with permanent closure. With only a month in hand, she takes the initiative to reignite the community's love for reading, or else she loses her sanctuary forever. She then discovers a guide on how to captivate hearts, a book that mysteriously disappears and reappears in the townsfolk's hands, causing peculiar effects as if the library has secret plans of its own.

As she continues her campaign and navigates conflicting beliefs between technology and tradition, she finds an unexpected ally in Finn, a boy her bestie likes. Their budding friendship complicates things as they try to discover the miracle of falling in love... with books.
