The yellow soul, who thought they were supposed to be dead, is allowed to RETURN through a strange new power gifted to them by someone they once knew.
(This story follows the true pacifist ending of both Undertale and Undertale Yellow. Creative liberties are taken with the characters of Frisk and Clover)

UnderHappened
The Undertale Genocide Route is happening, but a new card has joined the deck: Finn, a quiet kid with a love for stuffed animals who falls into the Underground soon after Frisk. At first, it doesn't seem like there's much Finn can do, until they discover their superpower: the ability to transform huge piles of white dust back into the monsters they used to be. It's up to Finn to stop the murders once and for all and free both Frisk and Chara from the control of the player - but will they succeed? Or will they fall prey to the same fate themself... {DISCONTINUED} When the battle was finally over, Frisk broke the barrier, and the one last soul was saved, Frisk managed to bring back Asriels soul to his old body, humans and monsters finally lived in peace. A short story idea I came up with about Clover and Chara (Cocoapowder ship). The underground is saved by no other than a human child, and it seems everyone gets their own happy ending. But for Chara and Clover, first their fates weaved together, now are separated. In a moment of desperation, something new is discovered. Two people sharing a soul...? Upon the revolution on Chara being able to "Swap Places" with Frisk, it seems Clover and Chara will finally arrive at their happy ending. But, of course, that is right when fate strikes...Complete

Chara has one objective: RESET back to when they themself fell, and save Asriel from his demise. With all the Genocide Runs the now-free Frisk goes on for them, they're able to amass a big enough collection of SOULs to do exactly that. The only problem is, Asriel remembers everything that happened when he was Flowey. And he isn't too happy about it... In this new timeline, Kelsa, the SOUL of Bravery, falls into the Underground shortly after Frisk. Determined to save her only friend, Kel teams up with a mysterious flower with a face to find them and rescue them from Asriel's notorious freezing chambers. Betrayed by many, and uncertain who to trust, Kel finds herself in the midst of an iron-fist dictatorship, fighting to restore the Underground to the peaceful place it used to be. The monster family are growing closer, and everything is starting to get better. Until it all seems to fall apart again. Chara's past is revealed and the monsters and Frisk have to try to help her through it, however it seems that the other two kids in the family might be in need of help too. This is the third book in the DETERMINATION series (probably the last). Please read the first book which is called Determination- An Undertale Fan-Fic and then the second book called Determination ~ Family before you read this as some things will not really make sense. I do NOT own Undertale but I do own this plot/story. Some of the characters are mine, I assume that you will know who is from the game and who is not.
