This is a story about a universe around a very powerful stratocracy. This is by no where good writing, I don't even think it would be a good story. I just wanted to try something out and I wanted to expand on my fictional universe. Other things I might fail to describe in the story or may come a little late. Vainca originated from Earth, the hierarchy of the Vainca Prime Militia is complex... There are three entities which the ladder goes.
