In an attempt to make this school year more interesting and live up to the name "Rated R Era", Narumori Sakayanagi, the Chairman of Advanced Nurturing High School, decide to reorganize the school system, bringing in two new dynamic elements: Class S and Class Apollyon.

Both two secret classes are almost the same: Having many of the most unique, smartest students who are talented in their own different way, except that Class Apollyon is deemed as more superior than Class S.

However, what most people don't know is that Class Apollyon is made exclusively for the survivors of the Demonic 4th Generation of the White Room, who are hiding and escaping from Atsuomi Ayanokouji's grasp. Having been assigned to go to Advanced Nurturing High School, the survivors have to take upon the challenges they have to face.

With these new changes to the curriculum, Kiyotaka Ayanokouji, Nagisa Shiota and their classmates in their respective classes will have plenty of time and opportunity to battle directly and indirectly.

Will they rise up to victory or lose? And will these students topple every class to reach the top?
