The Forgotten Heir (Harry Potter fan-made story)

this story takes place in Harry's fourth year, the Goblet of Fire Re-Written, introducing new characters and a firey twist to the lore of all films/books.

The Malfoy family always held their name high, so it came as a shock when their first born son, Phythus Malfoy, was different. He had darker hair, and red tinted eyes. He was extremely powerful, being a first born Malfoy, and the Dark Lord's chosen Heir, but he did not act like a Malfoy. His parents decided it would be better if their second son, Draco, took Phythus's place as the Heir. Although he was not nearly as powerful, he was a Malfoy, through and through. They didn't want a son bringing shame to their name, so they sent him to the muggle world at the age of seven, erasing almost everyone's memory of him. He was gone.

That is until a Wizard spots the powerful boy, and alerts others. Although late, his Hogwarts letter arrives just in time for his Fourth year. It's time for him to come back and take revenge on his parents who threw him away for being different. Although having no magical tutor or wand, he mastered countless things Draco could merely dream of, and for the famous Harry Potter, well, Phythus wanted to make sure his hate for the Dark Lord didn't go to waste, helping Harry on his journey.
