This story is about the Until Dawn universe but some things have changed a little.
The story follows a girl named Maria she has an older brother Mateo and their family has known the Washingtons forever. A year ago something tragic happened her friend group disbands people break up and get together, bridges are burned, and for some reason they all decide to go back to the lodge one last time. As the story goes on strange things start to happen and now they have to stay up in the Blackwood Mountains until dawn for help to come.

So, this was originally meant to be a collection of Until Dawn One-Shots...but once I started writing, this story started taking on a life of its own. I only recently became a fan of the game, but it's become one of my favorite games ever. The artistry, the music, the gameplay all just drew me completely in. I started reading various fan fiction here on Wattpad and saw a lot of different variations of the story. I decided to put my own spin on the fated night on Blackwood Mountain and take the story in a slightly different direction. What if you could have stopped Josh's prank?
