Lucario, at the cost of his own life, succeeded in saving Mew and the Tree of Beginning. He expected to pass on and see Sir Aaron in the afterlife, but unfortunately for him, he ended up in an alternate reality known as the Spirit Realm instead. Upon escaping from this strange dimension, he has now found himself trapped in a world populated by animals instead of humans or Pokémon.

I own neither Pokémon or Scooby-Doo, this is just a neat little crossover adaptation to celebrate the recent 18th anniversary of the movie this story adapts
